Today I'll cover the second law of stratospheric success according to Bob Burg and John David Mann in their book "The Go-Giver."
The "Law of Compensation" says that in addition to adding value which is giving more than you take in payment, you must also touch as many people as possible with that added value. This second law determines how much you actually do earn. Impact on people equals income. Are you earning all that you are capable of?
