I learned some fascinating information today: when you purchase a newspaper from the newsstand (in a grocery store, for example) the inserts are not guaranteed to be included. The newspaper gets a finite number of coupon inserts and first makes sure that the papers that are "home deliveries" have their inserts. Then the papers that go out to newsstands get their inserts.

Boy am I glad I can quit wasting my energy being mad at someone who "stole" my coupon inserts out of the Sunday papers I used to buy at the store.
