I read in this month's Outdoor Life about the 200 top towns for sportsmen. Surprise, Idaho is number 1, and has 3 of the top 5 cities in the nation. Lewiston leads the list, with Idaho Falls and Pocatello close behind.I Hope everyone out there is taking advantage of all that Idaho has to offer.
My spring has been hectic, trying to take in all I can. Spring and summer are a blur each year. There are just too many thing to do. The fishing here is going strong. I am headed to Riggins today to start my salmon fishing year. Catfish, crappie, and bass are biting well right now. Thousands of salmon are in Idaho's river as we speak. Archery season will be here before you know it. There are still many archery shoots going on to hone your skills. On top of all of this are the hundreds of camping and hiking opportunities.
If you are not taking advantage of what our state has to offer, then I would start now!
