All of a sudden, with the current economic issues, it has become popular to be "frugal". Everywhere you look there are newspaper columns, books, talk show guests and radio spots giving tips on how to get more bang for your buck. Everyone has become an expert on scaling down, making do with less, and the now famous term "stay-cations"
