NAMPA — Last season, the Crusader fans came out in record numbers to support the Northwest Nazarene volleyball team.

CALDWELL — Hard to imagine a team ranked No. 9 to start the season, picked to win the Cascade Conference and having lost just one league match the last two years needed a confidence boost, but the Coyotes surely did.
